Caylee and I worked together at Hanson Wade on a startup business called Searchlight. It was a pleasure working with Caylee as she has a constant focus on attention to detail, brings a huge amount of energy and is extremely reliable. Throughout the project her critical thinking ability allowed us to build robust process and systems because she had considered every scenario we needed to stress test before going live - it drove efficiency and effectiveness in execution. Caylee is very commercial - she was constantly connected to the revenue targets and used it as the basis of decision making when deciding on the appropriate marketing strategy. Working in a startup environment is beyond difficult and you need to surround yourself with people who are solutions focused and drive tangible actions – Caylee is one of these people.
